The brace is fabricated from sturdy neoprene fabric that is machine washable with hook and loop fasteners and 3 removable gel packs.
How is the ankle brace fastened?
The dual straps feature a hook and loop fastening material that is very strong and will not slip.
How do I put on the ankle brace?
It’s very easy. First, insert the gel packs into corresponding pockets. Lay the brace flat, place your heel on the opening and wrap hook and loop fastening straps around your calf. Adjust as needed.
What size should I order?
The ankle brace is universally sized and completely adjustable. It will fit most adults.
Can kids wear the ankle brace?
Yes, the universal size and adjustable straps mean that the brace will fit most older children.

There are two recommended ways to heat the gel packs. You can microwave the gel packs on HIGH for one minute or you can submerge the gel packs in boiling water for 30 seconds. Use tongs or a towel to handle the gel packs after heating and NEVER place the gel packs directly on your skin.
How long will the gel packs stay hot?
In general, each gel pack will stay hot for about 15 minutes when microwaved on HIGH for one minute or boiled for 30 seconds.
How do I cool the gel packs?
The gel packs should be placed flat in the freezer for two hours or more to use as a cold pack. Use tongs or a towel to handle the gel packs after heating and NEVER place the gel packs directly on your skin.
How long will the gel packs stay cold?
In general, each gel pack will stay cold for about 30 minutes when frozen for two hours.
Can I purchase additional gel packs for the ankle brace?
No, at this time Vive does not stock replacement gel packs.
Are the gel packs reusable?
Yes, the gel packs can be used over and over again.
